Wayne is the owner and Creative Director of Mr Flynn, the award winning branding and website design consultancy.
During the 90’s Wayne had his work featured in Creative Review, discussed on radio and has worked on several award winning projects.
He began his career as a freelance designer for companies such as Fluid, Z3 Associates and Switch, before starting work at ie design consultancy until 2000.
As well as producing ground breaking work that was applauded nationally Wayne has worked with 1000’s of businesses developing brand strategies, identities and producing cutting edge marketing.
As you might expect Wayne is passionate about branding with a firm belief that brand comes before marketing - not after. If you want to know how branding works and what it can do for your business then this practical workshop is for you.

Don’t turn up to Wayne’s session expecting to learn how to design a logo or anything like that. He delves much deeper.
Taking inspiration from his many brand development experiences the session aims to help you build a clearer picture of how you can develop your brand to maximise USP’s, vision, mission and culture and how you can successfully integrate them into your brand.
