Independent Homecare providers requiring on and offline marketing strategies, logo and brand evolution, printed and digital brochures, stationery, social media branding and responsive website.

Goal

Serenity Homecare are an expanding Homecare provider in the Midlands. They offer a wide range of services to the elderly and disabled, all geared towards helping them to remain independent in their own home. Having associations with mainstream funding partners and the very nature of pitching their services to council bodies, meant that they really needed a coherent brand that not only communicated their aims as a business but also their services to the most vulnerable.

Outcome

Having a responsive website means that they are very much a leader in online branding investment within their sector. It speaks volumes when it comes to pitching their services, their aims, and their vision. It’s also a very useful communication tool for their target audience to learn more about the company in the comfort of their own home - no matter how they connect to the web, whether by computer, phone or tablet device. Their branding offers an understated assurances, they are open with information, feature staff members and service users so you’re able to get a real insight into their business. Their marketing efforts are balanced with printed brochures and handouts that professionally introduce the business that can also cater for initial home visit assessment introduction for those that are not so internet savvy.
