With ASC Connections approaching its 20th year in business but finding itself in a position where the look and style of their business brochures and it’s marketing had become dated and inconsistent, it was time for an update to their marketing collateral and a review of all other areas where clients engage with ASC branding. With such a diverse range of specialist recruitment services, and the many instances where candidates and clients engage with the ASC branding, they were understandably nervous about not alienating its established customer-base of brand leaders and changing the way they do business. However, the management team recognised the need to refresh and revitalise their image and the way they present the business to maintain competitiveness and re-emphasise their standing in the market.
We are extremely pleased with how well the newly designed marketing brochures has been received. The management team have received great feedback from existing customers, who love the new clean approach and who have been educated to some degree about other recruitment services ASC offer that they were unaware of. We were thrilled to hear that all the new branded documents and indeed new ways in which they engage clients and candidates has received an overwhelmingly positive response from staff members, candidates and clients - so much so that we continue to strategiese with the management team to implement new marketing initiatives which also includes a new website design (to be launched early 2015).
